I LOVE YOGA.
All I am doing is sharing my experience with other practitioners. Yoga is an instant benefit/effect; you do not have to wait till you can achieve crazy arm balances or headstand. Everyone can find the benefit on his own level phisically, mentally, emotionally.
There is, however, the immense depth in our yoga practice. It is a life-long process and we always try positively to reach our maximum potential.
The classes I teach are various styles, from Bikram, to Vinyasa, to Yin Yoga, to Meditation.
Actually there is no style for my classes. You will find your own practice to make you feel good and precious.
