I LOVE YOGA.
All I am doing is sharing my experience with other practitioners. Yoga is an instant benefit/effect; you do not have to wait till you can achieve crazy arm balances or headstand. Everyone can find the benefit on his own level phisically, mentally, emotionally.
There is, however, the immense depth to yoga practice. It is a life-long process and we always have to reach for our maximum potential.
The classes I teach are various styles, from Bikram, to Vinyasa, to Yin Yoga, to Meditation.
Actually there is no style for my classes. You will find your own practice to make you feel good and precious.
My goal is to accomodate everyone who comes through my door the finest, richest experience of yoga and meditation so that he or she can continue their journey of this amazing practice.
The teachers who influenced me and trained me to become a great teacher are Bryan Kest, Bikram and Rajashree Choudhry, Goenkaji (Vipassana Meditation), and many others throuout the world.
My classes are challenging in a way that every person can find their own edge in each asana, and at the same time they are aimed for self-healing process so that each person can find the calmness and quietness in his/her mind, and maintain that new mentality!
