I LOVE YOGA.

All I am doing is sharing my experience with other practitioners. Yoga is an instant benefit/effect; you do not have to wait till you can achieve crazy arm balances or headstand. Everyone can find the benefit on his own level phisically, mentally, emotionally.

There is, however, the immense depth to yoga practice. It is a life-long process and we always have to reach for our maximum potential.

The classes I teach are various styles, from Bikram, to Vinyasa, to Yin Yoga, to Meditation.
Actually there is no style for my classes. You will find your own practice to make you feel good and precious.

My goal is to accomodate everyone who comes through my door the finest, richest experience of yoga and meditation so that he or she can continue their journey of this amazing practice.

The teachers who influenced me and trained me to become a great teacher are Bryan Kest, Bikram and Rajashree Choudhry, Goenkaji (Vipassana Meditation), and many others throuout the world.

My classes are challenging in a way that every person can find their own edge in each asana, and at the same time they are aimed for self-healing process so that each person can find the calmness and quietness in his/her mind, and maintain that new mentality!

My passion for yoga and meditation are not only those who can afford the time and money for yoga. Now I am a member of Yoga Behind Bars. I offer yoga and meditation instruction to Jail inmates, who can possibly find the amazing benefit of this self-healing and transformation of life.

(The proceed of my workshops and special events will go to the operation of YBB (Yoga Behind Bars), so does my Friday evening Yin Yoga and Meditation class.)

I found the most joy when people find their own healing tool and big change in their body/mind/spirit on their own way. I would like to witness every bits of it by offering what I have learned from my teachers within.

Physical body is limited. Mental mind is unlimited. Stop feeding your old thoughts, let them go, create more space for new thoughts. Through asana practice and meditation, let's find peace of mind, to be happy with who you are.
